Do I have to pay for a quote?
All quotations are free but are necessary. Projects will not commence until a quote has been approved.
Do you have graphic design services?
Yes, we have a team of experienced graphic artist who can provide design services.
Do you print imported designs? Designs from other graphic artist?
Yes, we print designs from other graphic artists. It is important that our clients understand that doing so we are not liable for the quality of the images presented to print.
Would you edit the work of someone else?
We respect the work of our fellow artists in the industry and at most times refer the customer back to that designer to have edits done. Should the customer prefer to have a team recreate or create a design then Cre8tive Arts Branding Specialist will present the price to do so and upon approval from the customer we will proceed with the design.
Do you conduct site visits?
Yes, we do. Site visits are highly recommended.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required for all jobs/projects.
